1. Description of the Service

Patchley is an AI-powered software service that converts spoken or written input into structured business artefacts, including but not limited to BPMN process diagrams, reports, and structured forms.

The service may be provided via web applications, APIs, integrations, or other interfaces.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this service.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

We do not claim ownership of your content or generated outputs.

6. AI-Generated Output

Patchley generates outputs using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
• The service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, design, branding, underlying models, and documentation remain the exclusive property of stiiitch UG or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service, except as permitted by law.

8. Fees and Payment

If the service includes paid features:

• Prices and billing terms will be displayed at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific uptime levels.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
